Born just a few miles from Beale street in Memphis, Tennessee Nicholas Vaughan Wheatley (see attached headshot) was the second son of Constance Vaughan Wheatley and Hubert Carl Wheatley. At the young age of 4 his childhood was uprooted when his father moved the family across the state to southern Appalachia in pursuit of his medical career. Against all odds Nick rose to the top of his class graduating Salutatorian from Sevier County High School and was even elected as "Most Intellectual" in his class. Nick left East Tennessee to pursue higher education at Tulane University and after graduating Summa Cum Laude Nick went on to pursue a Willy Loman'esque sales career. Now residing in Portland, Oregon (the Rose City) Nick is an avid snowboarder, kiteboarder, and soccer player. He spends his days slinging video commerce software to a "who's who" list of retail giants. One of Liveclicker's earliest employees, he finds solace in video codices, aspect ratios, and data rates. When the work day is done Nick likes to unwind with 3 fingers of Pappy Van Winkle (or other small batch Bourbon), Elvis Presley (on vinyl, of course), and the the company of his 1 year old German Giant Rabbit, Dr. Rubiks Von Wu-Tang Wheatley III Esq.
