Xavier, these are great tips. I'd emphasize also for "home made" video reviews that the importance of a good webcam can not be underestimated. Spend a little bit more on a webcam (I suggest the Logitech QuickCam Vision Pro http://tinyurl.com/57o4aa) - the image clarity is worth the slight premium in price. I also agree with the importance of pre-preparing remarks. As much as we may all value spontaneity, when you're making a professional sales pitch, going off the cuff is going to be hit or miss, so do yourself a favor and prepare your remarks beforehand. I've also learned my lesson the hard way on mics. Spend the dough to get a decent mic, your viewers will thank you.
